Online Learning at Victory

On behalf of our ministry we are pleased to announce the rollout of our online and virtual classroom environment. We know that during this time of unknown it can be a fearful experience but we at Victory have been preparing to educate our students in the event there was a world crisis.

Please understand this format will not be 100% identical to the classroom but it will be delivered in a loving and professional manner with professionalism and learning to be executed at the highest level possible.. We are one of only a few schools with the infrastructure to offer such an opportunity.

Setting Up An Account (Kindergarten through 8th grade ONLY)

Each student has a victorysouthbay.org account created for them.  Please assist them in activating their respective accounts by navigating to https://gmail.com.

All victorysouthbay.org accounts follow the same format [firstname.lastname@victorysouthbay.org]  ex. john.smith@victorysouthbay.org.

Please refer to the email sent by Director Scott Dufresne for your child’s temporary password.

Upon first login you will be asked to change this password to something unique.  Once completed their account will be active and able to access G Suite, Google Classroom and Google Meet.

How it Works

Google Hangouts Meet is our online video conferencing system

Accessing Your Account

Daily Expectations

Attendance for Victory Online School is mandatory and attendance will be tracked each and every day. If you cannot attend class, please notify your teacher and call the school office to let us know why you cannot attend.

You are expected to complete all work that is assigned and to always be respectful to one another when you are on Google Meet. The teacher will lay out individual class rules and guidelines.

In regards to all assignments, quizzes and tests your child is expected to be honorable at all times and resist the temptation to find the answers to assigned questions online or from each other.
